The enquiry form requests a name, email address, optional phone number, approximate travel date, group size, and message. Please use fictional information in this sample preview. Do not submit passports, identity documents, payment details, or sensitive personal records.
How the form works
Sample enquiries are stored in this project’s local database with a reference, privacy acknowledgement, and initial status history. No live email is sent. Customer accounts also retain private booking schedules, event orders and ticket records. There is no public customer directory or enquiry lookup page.
Cookies and access
The application uses session cookies for account access, form protection, submission retry handling, country/currency preferences and the confirmation screen. Approved payment providers receive the information required for their hosted checkout when activated. Jalebin does not collect card details. Event scanning records the staff member, time and validation result. This release does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Retention and requests
The owner has not yet approved the retention period, privacy contact, or process for information requests. Those details must be completed before real enquiries are accepted in production. No automated customer-data purge is enabled.
